4. there are commonly not accustomed to bargain in big stores ,but in a flea market or the Chinese shops, you can bargain.

To pay, in principle, you can use local currency and some stores may be paid in U.S. dollars, but the change is still the local currency. (RMB, NT, Hong Kong dollars can been used in the stores which is managed by Chinese people).
